PAD THAI (vegetarian)

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
1 bag bean sprouts
1 bunch spring onions
2 carrots
½ cabbage
4 eggs
½ box tofu
4 tablespoons, soy sauce
4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 packet rice noodles

METHOD

1. Prepare rice noodles as packet instructs
2. Slice veg and tofu into strips
3. Fry egg and garlic in oil
4. Add rice noodles and stir well
5. Add soy and dark soy sauce, sugar and tofu. Fry for 5 minutes
