VEGETARIAN OYSTER SAUCE WITH PANCIT CANTON

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
500g tofu
Mama Sita vegetarian oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic
500g mixed vegetables
8oz Canton Noodles
1 packet Mama Sita stir fry mix Pancit Canton
1.5 Litres of water

METHOD

1. Prepare the stock mix using the Mama Sita Pancit Canton mix. Mix the contents in 250ml cold water and mix to a paste. Boil the remaining water and add to the mix.
2. Put the noodles in the stock mix and cover.
3. Cook the Tofu in a hot wok using a little oil.
4. Add the garlic and vegetables and cook until the vegetables are crisp and add the oyster sauce.
5. Drain the noodles and place in the centre of a plate.
6. Place the Tofu and vegetable mix on top of the noodles
7. Drizzle ½ the sauce over the dish, and the other ½ around the plate for garnish.
